Kung Fu Program
Adult Beginner Program - Tuesday (5:45 to 6:45pm) and Wednesday/Friday (6:00 – 7:15pm)

Youth After-School Program (ages 9 through 17) Monday & Thursday (4:00 to 5:15pm)

Youth Saturday Class (ages 5 thru 15) - 10:00 to 11:30am
- 12 Week Plan ($75 savings) - $190 (quarterly)

Kung Fu Private Program (by appointment only)
Private lessons focus on Kung Fu fundamentals, hand and weapon forms, and self defense
- First month fee - $265 – includes uniform, lessons, and registration ($200/month)
Tai Chi Private Program (by appointment only)
Private classes focus on Tai Chi fundamentals, 24 Movement Form, and Meditation. (Loose clothing and sneakers suggested)
- First Month Fee - $195 – includes T-shirt. ($160/month)
Executive Kickboxing (by appointment only)
Develop Kickboxing skills with cardio drill, focus pads & heavy bag training, and self defense combinations.
Private or semi-private sessions (45 minute workouts) – Lunchtime or late afternoon availability
- New Member Fee - $250 first month – includes 1 lesson per week, t-shirt and bag gloves -$200 per month for additional training.
Uniform is loose clothing (shorts or sweatpants) and sneakers. |
